Driving on the side of the road
While traveling the road in Iceland. You may find that the road is actually blocked with snow. And you may have a smaller area to drive-in. You may occasionally come across another vehicle going the other way. And they may come closer to you then you're used to.
Peacking the summit
Sometimes when you peak the summit. You may find that snow is moving sideways. And not to appear to stick to anything.
Bob Nichols photographing in a blizzard
Mile traveling in Iceland. Snowstorms can come out from nowhere. They say you should photograph what you were given. I guess that even includes snowstorms.
Remote return trip
While you're in search of that certain photo. You may find that you are the first people to travel a certain stretch of road. And sometimes you may find that you will have to turn around. And double back the way you came.
Bob Nichols crossing his first Stream
While driving in Iceland you may find yourself having to cross streams in the road. I recommend that you make sure that your windows are all the way up. If not you may just get wet.
